A. The Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 is designed to help individuals discover and develop their natural talents.  CDJC will assist in identifying these strengths and applying them for success in one's personal life and career.

A. The Strong Interest Inventory (SII) gives insight into a person's interests, so that they may have less difficulty in deciding on an appropriate career choice for themselves.  The SII assessment is ideal for a wide range of applications; choosing a college major, career exploration, career development, and employee engagement.
